F - Members of the Radio Club Jean Bart, F6KMB are active again as TM6C until 21 February during the traditional Dunkirk Carnival (Carnaval de Dunkerque). QSL via eQSL only.
F - Team TM13X will participate in the SSB leg of the French HF Championship (21-22 February) from Ratonneau Island (EU-095). All QSOs will be uploaded to LoTW, Club Log and eQSL, and will also be conconfirmed automatically via the bureau.

OE - Celebrating World Radio Day, the VIC Amateur Radio Contest DX Club (https://4u1a.club/) will operate CW, SSB and digital modes as 4UNR (United Nations Radio) on 13-28 February.
