3A     - Owing to the  health measures  in place  until 19 March,  Mireille,
         F4FRL  and  Patrice, F5RBB  have had to cancel  their trip  to  the
         Principality of Monaco [425DXN 1553].  They were expected to be QRV

GM     - Chris, GM3WOJ will be active as GB2CR on 4-18 March.  He will oper-
         ate SSB and some CW on 80-10 metres using vintage valve/tube  radio
         equipment manufactured  by the  Collins Radio Company  (1933-1971).

J6     - Celebrating  the  42nd anniversary  since  the country  gained full
         independence (22 February 1979),  amateur radio operators in  Saint
         Lucia (NA-108) have been granted permission to use the prefix  J642
         from 4 UTC on 21 February until 4 UTC on 28 February: e.g., J642BP,
         J642DS, J642KZ  and  J642MV  are  J69BP,  J69DS,  J69KZ  and  J69MV

J6     - Bill K9HZ (J68HZ), Dan W0CN (J68CN)  and  Kyle WA4PGM (J68PG)  will
         be active from St. Lucia on 2-11 March, including participation  in

LU     - Radio Club  QRM  Belgrano  (LU4AAO, LU4AAO/A and LU4AAO/D)  will be
         active from 25 February to 1 March to commemorate its 53rd anniver-
         sary.  Activity on the HF bands will be  on CW, SSB, FT8 and PSK31.

PJ2    - Look for PJ2/AF4Z, PJ2/K4JC, PJ2/N1ZZ and  PJ2/WB5ZGA  to be active
         from Curacao (SA-099) on 1-9 March.  They will operate SSB, CW, FT8
         and RTTY on  160-10 metres.  QSL via home calls. On 6-7 March  they
         will participate in the ARRL DX SSB Contest  as PJ2T  (QSL via LoTW

PJ2    - Also expected to be QRV from Curacao is  Andy, DK5ON,  who plans to
         operate SSB, CW and digital modes on 80-6 metres  (possibly 160m as

UA     - Special callsign R125PR will be active on 1-31 March for the  125th
         anniversary of Alexander S. Popov's demonstration of 24 March 1896,
         when he sent signals between two campus buildings 250 metres  apart

UA_ant - On 13 February, Alexei RI01ANT [425DXN 1546]  returned to  Progress
         Station from Vostok. He plans to remain there until 24 March,  then
         move to Novolazarevskaya Station (Queen Maud Land, Antarctica)  and
         Bellingshausen Station (King George Island, South Shetlands) before

VU     - Datta, VU2DSI and others will be active as  AU6HTP from a  hill-top
         location near the city of Ahmednagar in the state of Maharashtra on
         27-28 February.  Look for activity on 7045, 7150, 14215  and  14280

ZD8    - Tev, TA1HZ has been  QRV  as ZD8HZ  from  Ascension Island (AF-003)
         since 17 January [425DXN 1547]. He plans to participate in the ARRL
         DX SSB Contest (6-7 March)  and  the  CQ WW WPX SSB Contest  (27-28
         March), and says he will remain  "active until mid-April".  QSL via
